CostaVeyra Renovations provides design, renovation management and coordination services for residential properties on the Costa Blanca. Projects are delivered by CostaVeyra’s project team together with third-party architects, contractors, interior designers and specialist installers coordinated by CostaVeyra. Where the law requires a technical project, it is drafted and signed by a qualified architect or technical architect. The scope, contractual arrangements, responsibilities, payment terms and warranties of each project are set out in the written agreement made with the client before any works begin.
