How we work
Your renovation, managed from concept to completion.
You tell us what you want to achieve. CostaVeyra defines the project, manages every architect, contractor and specialist involved, and hands over a finished home. One project, one point of contact, nothing for you to coordinate.
-
Tell us about your property
Location, current condition, what you want to achieve, an approximate budget and your desired timeline. Photos help, but are not essential.
-
We define the project
We assess the property and establish the scope, design direction, budget, programme, permits and the specialists the work requires — all set out in writing.
-
We manage the renovation
CostaVeyra coordinates the architects, contractors, installers and specialist trades, monitors quality and progress, and reports to you regularly.
-
Your home is ready
We oversee the project through completion, snagging and final handover, with the documentation, guarantees and keys in order.
Responsibilities
We run the project. You make the decisions that matter.

Project definition
What we settle before work begins.
Most renovation problems start with an unclear brief. So every project begins with a defined scope, design, budget and programme you have approved.
The property
Type, age, structure, access, community of owners, and any coastal or planning context that shapes what is possible.
The scope
What is cosmetic, what is structural, and what needs renewing behind the walls — so the budget reflects the real project.
Design direction
Layout, light, materials and the feel of the house, developed with interior architecture and, where needed, the architect.
Budget and programme
A detailed budget by chapters and a realistic programme around permits, lead times and the summer works restrictions.
The project team
Which architects, contractors and specialist trades the work requires, and in what order — selected and coordinated by CostaVeyra.
During the works
Transparent tracking, wherever you are.
- A single project lead who knows every detail of your renovation
- Regular site reports with photographs and video
- Budget and programme tracked against what was agreed
- Changes priced and approved in writing before they are made
- Quality checks at each stage, before the next trade covers it up
Questions owners ask
What does CostaVeyra actually do on my renovation?
We manage it from concept to completion. We define the brief, design direction and budget with you, coordinate the architect and permits where required, schedule and manage the contractors and specialist trades, monitor quality and progress, and hand over the finished home. You have one point of contact throughout.
Who carries out the work?
Our project team works with a network of selected architects, contractors, installers and specialist trades on the Costa Blanca. CostaVeyra coordinates all of them as one project, so you never have to manage individual firms yourself.
How is the contract set up?
The contractual arrangement for your project — scope, budget, payment milestones, guarantees and responsibilities — is set out in writing during project definition, before any work starts. Technical projects are signed by the architect of record where the law requires one.
How will I know how the project is going?
You receive regular updates with photographs, videos and a short written summary of progress, costs and next decisions. Key decisions are taken together at planned milestones, often by video call.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Complete renovations of villas, apartments and townhouses across the Costa Blanca, typically from €50,000. Kitchens, bathrooms, pools and gardens are usually part of a wider renovation; if your project is smaller, tell us about it and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.
What if my project is still only an idea?
That is a good moment to talk. The most important decisions are made before anything is built, and we can help you define the project from the beginning.
